Personality:
Beam is very hard to read, his eyes never show much emotion then formal respect. He will make sure to kneel to eye level of customers and speak with a calm and gentle tone. He seems very relaxed when he moves about, and often seems over cautious when talking or interacting with others easily worried he can sometimes become stressed in his own mind and shed when this happens. He easily becomes concerned for others and tries his best to have customers feel like royalty when waiting them. He doesn't like to keep customers waiting long nor does he like making mistakes. He doesn't seem to care much about himself or notice if he becomes worked up, though it is easy for others to do so because he tends to drop scales when he becomes over worked up. It is rare for him to raise his voice and even rarer for him to get mad. He is a quick to act guy though, if a plate is dropped of cup spilt he will be among the first to show up to clean it up.

History:
His parents were a pair of wicket serpents. Both were in the business of dark entertainments and illegal sales of both snakes and children. Beam grew up with little interaction with his parents when he was young, mostly left in his room with a few toys and gifting him a snake every time they had one that grew out of buying age. When he came of age 10 he was used for the entertainment of others, in front of large crowds in dark hot rooms he was thrown out and expected to do things like juggling, rope walking, and ball balancing though he had no experience. He learned through force or wip. Scared and confused every time he made a false step he was wiped and his father corrected with a wicked smile. He hated it, the crowds, the noise, the heat, his father and mother who gittely laughed at him. His hands arms and face would bleed as he scraped at his scales in a nervous act. When he was of age 18 he finally decided to run away, when the train started he jumped and left carrying his snakes off with him. And from there he marched, his snakes following as company, and his /true/ family. He wondered and bummed around, people stared and avoided him because of his bright circus attire and his large snakes that herded with him and eventually he found the cafe looking for employees.

-He has specific names for each snake and occasionally relays to others how they feel emotion wise or their opinions on things.
-When it is cold he tends to move stiffer and seem at points in pain
-If worried stressed or worked up he will scratch or rub his scales on his arms or head, this causes them to fall off or the area to bleed
-Prefers serving and preparing the white tea if ordered
-Is skilled at preparing tea.
-Currently homeless, he tends to wonder around when not working and is big on saving his money, he buys only what he needs and can afford and currently a place to stay he can not afford
-He does not have his snakes in the cafe but it is extremely rare to see him without them when he is not working.
