What are Gloomy Deer?
Gloomy Deer is a fragile and petite species moving about caves and forests at night these timid creatures hide in shadows when they feel threatened. When they close their eyes their luminescent markings and horns become dark and they can easily hide among the shadows, their base fur colour generally being very dark.
Social habits can range, some choosing to be in herds while others preferring isolation. 
These creatures feed on anything not moving, be it plants to fungi to things that have died.
Visually they all have legs that thin out into being twig like, and are frequently too light to leave any sort of tracks in dirt.
When a Gloomy deer has died its horns become a tasteless powder like substance that glows under the moon light, if left to the environment this powder will be spread so finely by the blow of a single wind that it can rarely be seen by the naked eye. The body of the Gloomy deer slowly withers away like that of dried leaves indistinguishable by couple days and luminescent mushrooms grow in the area for a couple days following.
