History:
Tobie has no recollection of his parents though when he was very young he had some strange idea in his head that he had no parents because he wasn't meant to  and that he was already an adult. This odd way of think had gotten him into bad streaks of theft and fights with those who opposed, these things caused him to run into a member of the Fishlips gang. At the time he was not but the age of ten, though his fists and speed ended in him knocking the Gang member to the floor, and he was up and out of there with the brief case as fast as he could run, though the other soon caught up to him and tackled him to the floor. They tussled and soon Tobie was pinned to the ground being punched left and right, he thought he was going to die but another member of the gang had come and instead offered him a two choice deal. Either join them and pay back for the time he had spent them or refuse and face the consequences. He decided to join them and from there he had been since, he had started at the bottom but slowly showed his usefulness and skill eventually being trusted with being banker.
